CBS Broadcasting Inc. (CBS) is planning to acquire CNET Networks, Inc. for $11.50 a share, totalling $1.8 billion dollars. The deal should close somewhere in July.
If I were CNet, I would be slapping myself non-stop with such an offer, specially with CNet's net income of less than $8 million a year, which makes the offer ...

Can't get a simple, fast and "clean" domain names' whois website when too many domain tasters are around; you search for a domain, it's available, the next minute it's not! Never happened to me but I know it did happen to a lot of people.
PlanetWhois doesn't like those kind of domainers ...
